Job description

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting clients with personal lines insurance policies, billing questions, policy changes, and claims support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with personal lines insurance questions and policy needs.
  • Process policy changes and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Assist with billing and claims-related questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Learn and assist with commercial insurance and MVD services as training is provided.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and procedures.
  • Professional, dependable, and willing to learn.
