Location: Washington, PA
Company: General Placement Service
General Placement Service is working with a respected independent insurance agency in Washington, PA, to find a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR). This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, values accuracy and organization, and has a strong background in commercial property and casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts, including policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing questions, and renewals
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and insurance carriers
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the agency’s management system
  • Assist producers and account managers in marketing new and renewal business
  • Help resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and customer service
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
  • Active PA Property & Casualty license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Applied Epic is preferred
