We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing superior support to our commercial clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, and assisting with claims. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their commercial insurance policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries.
