About the Role:

Crown Insurance Agency Inc is looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice our clients rely on — helping them navigate their coverage, answer questions, and feel confident in their insurance decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients regarding insurance policies and coverage questions

Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently

Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

Assist clients with claims intake and guide them through the claims process

Maintain and update client records in agency management systems

Support producers and agents with quotes, applications, and policy documentation

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage to meet client needs

Requirements:

Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain

1+ years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field

Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with agency management software (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) a plus

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in the Los Angeles market
