Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
In-Office | Kaukauna, Wisconsin
Are you an insurance professional who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and building relationships? Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Commercial Lines insurance experience who is looking to continue building their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial insurance clients via phone and email
  • Assist clients with policy questions, coverage inquiries, and account servicing needs
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account updates
  • Maintain accurate documentation and client records within agency management systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of requests and service issues
  • Collaborate with agency staff and carrier partners to deliver outstanding client support
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience
  • Maintain professionalism and strong communication throughout all client interactions
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty License required
  • 1+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
