Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative Client Name: Serpe Insurance Agency Position Type: Full Time Work Location: 2538 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614 Work Mode: 100% Onsite Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to support clients with auto, home, renters, and other personal lines insurance policies. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, processing policy changes, and assisting with renewals and claims inquiries. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and billing. Process policy changes and issue certificates and other policy documents. Communicate with insurance carriers and their representatives. Maintain accurate client records and provide prompt, professional customer service. Required Qualifications Active Illinois Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License. Previous experience in the insurance industry. Strong customer service and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience using the AMS Client Management System.
