Now Hiring: Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are a locally owned independent insurance agency that believes in doing business the right wayby taking care of our clients and our team. Were currently seeking a friendly, dependable Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships and being part of a supportive, close-knit office.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide personal, one-on-one service to our valued personal lines clients
  • Assist with policy questions, endorsements, renewals, and new business
  • Review coverage with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Work directly with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files
  • Be a trusted point of contact for our clients and agency partners

What Were Looking For:

  • Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Personal lines insurance experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Comfortable using agency management systems and Microsoft Office
