Job Title: Commercial or Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Commercial and Personal Lines Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily service and support for commercial or personal lines accounts

  • Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insurance

  • Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal team members

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in agency management systems - EPIC

  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

  • Deliver excellent customer service with attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • 220 or 440 License (required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance customer service

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency with standard office and insurance-related software
