Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
  • Shop renewals based on client updates and plans and current market conditions.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing.
  • We are seeking individuals with a naturally outgoing and personable demeanor, capable of building positive relationships with clients and contributing to a warm and welcoming office atmosphere.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Handle various client interactions, policy inquiries, and administrative duties concurrently, without compromising the quality of service.
  • Act as a dedicated team player, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues in delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Set ambitious renewal and service goals, continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional results to clients.
