Personal Lines Producer - In House

Location: Hugo, MN

Salary Range: $55,000 + Bonuses / Commissions


Job Summary:

We are seeking an in-house Personal Lines Insurance Producer for a fast growing independent agency. This person will be responsible for generating new personal lines clients through various means to include referrals, warm leads, and cold calling. The job will entail setting up appointments with clients ranging from average to high-net-worth prospects, analyzing existing exposures, and presenting alternative insurance solutions and products. The ideal candidate will be able to close a high percentage of these appointments and excel in relationship building. This is a great opportunity for an existing producer looking for a change or an account manager/CSR that desires to take the next step in their insurance career.


Compensation will consist of a base salary plus bonuses and the potential for residual commissions for new client accounts sourced from the producer's own leads.
