What You'll Do
As a Senior Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for our clients and an important part of our agency team.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact for existing clients.
  • Answer customer questions and provide clear, accurate information about policies and coverage.
  • Handle policy changes, updates, endorsements, and other service requests.
  • Assist clients with billing questions, documentation, and general account needs.
  • Receive and assist with insurance claims, providing guidance and following up with customers as needed.
  • Review client needs and identify opportunities to improve coverage or provide additional value.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive and personalized service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and agency team members to resolve client needs.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment and support your teammates.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continue growing your insurance knowledge.
What We're Looking For
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license strongly preferred.
  • Previous insurance agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Senior-level customer service, account management, or Personal Lines experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and servicing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, agency management systems, and insurance technology.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others.
  • Someone who shares our commitment to kindness, honesty, growth, communication, and teamwork.
