Job Summary

We're seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll support our clients by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with agents and underwriters to provide excellent service and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and emails
  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage options, billing questions, and claims processes
  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records in agency management systems
  • Work with agents to follow up on leads, cross-sell, and upsell insurance products

Qualifications
