Job description

Sales Producer — Life Sciences & Technology

California | Full-Time | $85,000–$110,000 base + commission

We're recruiting a Sales Producer to build and manage commercial insurance business in life sciences, technology, and aerospace/defense verticals.

The Role:

  • Develop new client relationships in specialized industries
  • Manage policy renewals and quote opportunities
  • Assess complex risk and recommend appropriate coverage (GL, E&O, Cyber, D&O, Excess)
  • Negotiate with carriers to secure best rates and terms
  • Maintain organized pipeline in AMS360 or Applied Systems

You Have:

  • 3+ years in commercial lines sales or account management
  • Active P&C license (required)
  • Experience selling E&O, Cyber, or specialty coverage is a plus
  • Comfort with AMS360 or Applied Systems
  • Track record of relationship-building and closing deals
