Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a deep understanding of insurance products and underwriting principles. This role involves managing a substantial book of business, providing exceptional client service, and working collaboratively with multiple carriers to meet client needs. Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
  • Manage a personal lines book of business valued at $500,000.
  • Provide exceptional client-facing service, including understanding client needs, explaining coverage options, and building strong relationships.

  • Proven ability to work with multiple carriers and navigate the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in quoting and understanding general underwriting principles.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and software, including Catalyst (training available).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
