Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Property and Casualty Insurance

Middlesex County, NJ

A growing Property and Casualty (P&C) agency in Central NJ is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to become part of their team. This role involves assisting current clients, managing account rounding, cross-selling, quoting new business, and remarketing existing accounts. The representative will respond to incoming inquiries from customers and work with management teams to remain informed about new products, services, and policies. They will also be responsible for entering customer data into office systems. The ideal candidate will interact with clients in a professional and friendly way, actively listening to their concerns and providing assistance, support, and solutions. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. While teamwork is important, the representative should also be capable of working independently.


A minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance is needed. A New Jersey P&C License is mandatory.
