Greater Insurance Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our growing agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while helping clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities
 • Assist clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and coverage requests
 • Process endorsements, certificates, applications, and policy documents
 • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing needs
 • Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
 • Review policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage concerns
 • Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
 • Support producers and account managers with account servicing activities
 • Follow agency procedures and maintain compliance with insurance regulations
 • Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding service
Qualifications
 • Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred 
 • Previous insurance agency experience preferred
