Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking candidates for a local insurance agency looking to add a dependable, detail-oriented team member. This position is ideal for someone with strong office and customer service skills who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service. Insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions

  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through email

  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate client records

  • Assist clients with policy changes and general insurance inquiries

  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software to complete daily tasks

  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Support daily office operations

Qualifications

  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong phone and computer skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to learn new software and processes quickly

  • Willingness to obtain:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 30 days of employment

  • Life & Health Insurance License within the first 60 days of employment

  • Current insurance license is a plus but not required

  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
