Job Summary

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2โ€“3 years in recent roles strongly preferred
  • Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting or talent acquisition environment
  • Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines
  • Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills โ€” with both candidates and clients

Preferred Qualifications
