Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions supporting Federal, State, Local Government, and Commercial programs. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, Federal recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions.

Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source candidates using ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process.
Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate pipelines.
Support offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''''s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting Software Developers, DevOps, QA, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other IT professionals.
Prior Federal Government (Civilian/DoD) recruiting experience.
Staffing agency or high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and E-Verify is a plus.
