As a technical recruiter, your primary responsibilities are to screen, source, interview, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill jobs in IT, engineering infrastructure, and software development. Your duties include understanding the job requirements, identifying available applicants, and communicating through phone calls, video conferences, or in person to verify skills and follow up with candidates on job opportunities.
