High-volume Sourcing Recruiter l
Location: Seattle, Washington (On-site), Arlington, Virginia (On-site), or Herndon, Virginia (On-site)
Role Overview
The High-Volume Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and assessing technical talent to support data center technology hiring. This role focuses heavily on top-of-funnel sourcing activities, including high-volume outreach, cold calling, and initial candidate conversations. Recruiters in this role will manage high-volume pipelines across multiple hiring managers and work under established processes to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, engage, and screen candidates for technical roles, primarily for data center, electrical engineering, and HVAC positions.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to 50-100+ candidates daily via phone, text, and internal job boards.
  • Manage and prioritize up to 50 requisitions at a given time.
  • Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate status and feedback.
  • Participate in a collaborative team environment while also managing independent sourcing workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a goal-driven, metrics-focused environment.
  • Comfort with cold calling and conducting high-volume candidate outreach daily.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience sourcing for highly technical roles such as SDE, electrical engineering, or HVAC.
  • Strong technical sourcing skills, including Boolean search.
  • An AA or BA degree.
