You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce by recruiting for a variety of positions, including drivers, movers, warehouse personnel, office professionals, and operational leadership roles.

What You'll Do

As our Recruiting Specialist, you'll manage the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding while helping ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Create engaging job advertisements that attract qualified applicants
  • Proactively identify recruiting opportunities and new sourcing strategies

Candidate Management

  • Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Interview candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Extend offers and assist with the onboarding process for new hires

Hiring Operations

  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Coordinate background checks, employment screenings, and hiring documentation
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics
  • Assist with hiring events, job fairs, community outreach, and workforce development initiatives
  • Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring outcomes

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, human resources, customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with managers and team members
  • Valid driver's license required
