Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within the insurance domain. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding support Own a book of business aligned to insurance operations, supporting roles that interact directly with members/customers Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles Utilize Workday for job postings and requisition management, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the hiring process Manage candidate pipelines and engagement through Eightfold, maintaining strong candidate experience and timely communication Proactively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms Manage high requisition volumes while meeting strict deadlines and service level expectations Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, hiring progress, and market insights Ensure a high level of candidate and client management, delivering a positive experience for all stakeholders Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience 2-5 years of candidate and client management experience Experience using Workday (ATS) and Eightfold (CRM) Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar tools Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills.
