Job Overview:
The High-Volume Recruiter position will report to the Senior Recruiter within the Human Resources Department. This position will research, develop, and implement effective high-volume recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a strong pool of qualified and capable talent, with a primary focus on Member Services (customer support) and Sales Agent positions. The High-Volume Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for ongoing hiring classes, support hiring across other business units as needed, and oversee all hiring processes including all related documents and paperwork related to the onboarding process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Owns full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for Member Services and Sales Agent positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
• Collaborates with Member Services and Sales leadership, as well as other department managers, to forecast hiring needs and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Builds and maintains continuous candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring classes, backfills, and growth-driven volume, using efficient recruiting methods based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Manages job posting and advertisement processes across job boards, social media, employee referral programs, and mission-aligned networks and communities.
• Screens high volumes of applications and conducts phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and alignment with the mission and values of Patriot Mobile.
• Schedules and coordinates interviews; oversees preparation of structured interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Conducts and attends interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders; drives timely, consistent candidate evaluations and selection decisions to keep hiring classes on schedule.
• Collaborates with the recruitment leadership and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details; extends offers and drives candidates to acceptance.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in pertinent job fairs, community events, and recruiting sessions to build employer brand awareness and candidate pipelines.
• Willing, and able, to travel to destinations for effective recruiting and hiring.
• Reduce reliance on third-party recruiting firms.
• Tracks and reports recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, and class fill rates. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Excellent skills in maintaining confidentiality of applicant and employee's information.
  • Ability to create and implement high-volume sourcing strategies for customer service and sales roles, as well as recruitment for a variety of other roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree, from a regionally accredited college, in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably for call center, customer service, or sales positions, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
