As a High Volume Security Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in the security sector. Your expertise will help us build a robust workforce that ensures safety and security for our clients. If you thrive in a high-energy atmosphere and love connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities include performing all Recruiter duties for Marksman Security Group to facilitate an employee-oriented, diverse, high-performance culture, including but not limited to:

  • Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions.
  • Develop potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies; identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines involving Boolean searches, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.

  • Move candidates through the applicant flow of the applicant tracking system.

  • Assess candidates for all levels of hire, from resume review to phone screens and skill assessments.
  • Coordinate drug tests, MVR/DMV reports, criminal background checks, and references.

  • Recruit security officers for a retail setting.

  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and/or Experience:  2-5 years of recruiting experience working in an industry with a large remote hourly workforce.  

  • Language Skills:  Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

  • Other Qualifications:  Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, outstanding computer skills, and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.  Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.  Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
