High-volume Sourcing Recruiter ll
Location: Arlington, Virginia (On-site)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for data center technology roles. This position will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and engage technical talent. The ideal candidate is motivated, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support all data center technology hiring for a high-volume business.
  • Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through phone calls, texting, and emails, reaching 50-100+ candidates per day.
  • Utilize internal job boards, applications, and external sites like Monster and Indeed for recruiting.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage up to 50+ requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sourcing or technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven, goal-oriented environment.
  • Strong candidate engagement and communication skills, with a comfort level for cold calling.
  • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies independently.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting large technology organizations.
  • Experience recruiting for data center, electrical engineering, or HVAC roles.
  • Experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search methodologies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
