We are seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a leading semiconductor and electronic design automation company. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent across a range of engineering and specialized domains.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and technical sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities. Work closely with hiring managers to filter and screen candidates
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical positions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the entire candidate offer process within Workday ATS
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations including immigration and compensation
  • Understand Cadence business in order to position benefits of working at Cadence to attract high end candidates

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in semiconductor, capital equipment or hardware domains
  • Relationships with representative candidate pool through past roles and industry knowledge
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry and microelectronics design, including chip verification, analog/mixed signal design, physical design, and emulation. technical roles such as ASIC design, verification or related fields
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Experience recruiting for EDA, semiconductor design, and/or microelectronics design engineering roles
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven hiring practices
