Job description

Optimize Partners is an executive search and consulting firm for technology focused companies. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for software engineering , IT infrastructure, and machine learning roles for our client, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the data management space.  Preferred candidates should have experience recruiting at start-ups and/or enterprise organizations, preferably within cybersecurity, data observability, B2B SaaS or Platform-as-a-Service domains. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to identify, engage, and hire top-tier technical talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a 6-month contract assignment, and fully remote. 

Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, machine learning, and data science.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for software engineering and machine learning roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets, job functions, and industry trends.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
