Job description

Vaco is partnering with a leading client in Tempe, AZ to identify a Senior Technology Recruiter for a temporary opportunity. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates within the technology sector and should have experience managing high-volume recruiting efforts. This is a six-month contract role with the potential to convert to a permanent position and offers a hybrid work schedule.

The position pays up to $40 per hour and is interviewing immediately. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through databases, social media, and various recruiting channels Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview scheduling Manage and facilitate the interview process between candidates and hiring teams Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process Negotiate offers, including compensation and start dates Deliver a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding Preferred Qualifications: 3–5 years of recruiting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
