Einstellen is partnering with a venture-backed, hyper-growth tech companies in San Francisco that is aggressively scaling its engineering and AI divisions. We are seeking an elite, high-energy Contract Technical Recruiter who thrives in rapid-scale environments and possesses a deep understanding of the competitive Bay Area talent landscape.

If you have a background in high-volume technical recruiting, know how to build massive, high-quality pipelines at breakneck speed, and leverage modern AI sourcing workflows to outpace traditional methods, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hyper-Growth Pipeline Building: Build and maintain deep, highly active talent pipelines to meet aggressive weekly and monthly hiring targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
  • Advanced Sourcing Workflows: Combine next-gen AI-powered sourcing platforms with specialized channels (GitHub, local engineering networks, etc.) to rapidly discover and engage massive passive talent pools.
  • Rigorous Screening: Conduct high-velocity initial technical assessments to evaluate candidates' core competencies, ensuring only top-tier talent moves forward in the funnel.

  • Offer Management: Confently navigate multiple complex offer negotiations simultaneously, handling fast-moving discussions around compensation, equity structures, and competing timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Hyper-Growth & High-Volume Background: 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of delivering results within fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environments or rapid-scale tech companies. Must be accustomed to managing high requisitions loads.
  • Modern Sourcing Tool Mastery: Hands-on proficiency using AI-powered sourcing tools to optimize and automate the top of the funnel.
  • Technical Literacy: Fluency in industry-relevant terminology. You must comfortably understand the functional differences between engineering disciplines, distributed systems, infrastructure scaling, and foundational AI/ML frameworks.
