Technical Recruiter | Day-to-Day
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Data, AI, and technical roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted searches, to build strong pipelines for specialized technical roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Engage and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a transparent, professional, and positive experience.
  • Stay current on trends in data engineering, analytics, AI, and related technology markets to inform sourcing strategies and outreach.
  • Track and review recruiting metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Technical Recruiter | Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally supporting Data, AI, Analytics, or Engineering roles within consulting, technology, or enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency with recruiting platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut, and advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
  • Solid understanding of data, analytics, and AI-related roles and skill sets, enabling accurate candidate assessment and meaningful hiring conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
