Job Description

Responsible for coordinating staffing processes for the assigned business unit, country, location or function. Works closely with hiring managers to understand needs, review or create requisitions and discuss sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership. Partner closely to understand business needs and required skills.

• Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and overseeing recruitment campaigns.

• Ensure the quality of prospective candidates presented for open requisitions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Shared Service Team and external recruitment partners.

• Maintain compliance with all local recruitment policies and processes.

• Track candidate progress and work to minimize time to hire from resume submission to offer.

• Use Taleo for candidate management and ensure hiring managers maintain accurate and up to date information.

• Support client satisfaction by clearly communicating business needs and coordinating with the assigned sourcer and recruiting coordinator. Prioritize a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Provide regular recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership including performance against targets and any sourcing or recruiting challenges.

• Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and best practices. Provide back up recruiting support to other regions when needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

- 3-5+ years of recruitment experience

- experience recruiting for engineering, supply chain/procurement, and quality related roles

- Multi-platform sourcing experience (indeed and Linkedin preferred)

- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once

- Experience working in WorkDay

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
