Tom Wood Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, identifying top talent, and supporting our hiring managers to build a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and goals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
