Title: Clinical Recruiter

Reports To: Director of Clinical Recruitment

Supervises: N/A

JOB SUMMARY:

The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment for nursing and healthcare positions across Always Compassionate Health. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and guiding qualified clinical candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, including RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals.

This position works closely with clinical leadership and hiring teams to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support timely, compliant hiring for patient care operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for nursing, clinical, and healthcare-related positions.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates for roles including RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Review candidate qualifications, licenses, certifications, availability, experience, and overall fit for clinical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, position requirements, schedules, and patient care priorities.
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, background checks, assessment testing, orientation, and other onboarding steps.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for nursing and clinical roles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies through job boards, schools, training programs, healthcare networks, referrals, community partnerships, and recruitment events.
  • Request, review, and maintain recruitment and onboarding documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Support clinical hiring needs across multiple office locations as needed.
  • Track recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and other recruiting metrics.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Team to improve clinical recruitment processes and support staffing goals.
  • Participate in job fairs, nursing school outreach, healthcare recruitment events, orientations, and community outreach initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with company policies and applicable employment laws.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Healthcare, nursing, home care, or clinical recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare worker requirements, including licensure, certifications, background checks, and onboarding documentation preferred.
  • Experience recruiting RNs, LPNs, clinical supervisors, or other healthcare professionals preferred.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clinical openings and competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet when handling confidential or regulatory information.
  • Knowledge of Workday Recruitment

Work Environment:

  • Monday - Friday (Full-Time, On-Site)

Compensation Range

  • Salary: Up to $90,000 annually
