Physician RecruiterHelp Build High-Performing Healthcare Teams
We're seeking a relationship-driven Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle physician recruitment across multiple healthcare locations. This is a high-touch, white-glove recruiting role where you'll partner with clinical and operational leaders to attract top physician talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Location: Irving, TX (Corporate Office)
Travel: Up to 40%
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership, operations, human resources, marketing, and other key stakeholders to support hiring initiatives.
  • Source and recruit physicians across multiple specialties using healthcare recruiting platforms and networking strategies.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and travel logistics while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Guide candidates through the credentialing process and employment onboarding.
  • Partner with compensation teams to develop competitive offers and assist with offer negotiations.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and provide recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Manage job postings and ensure recruitment materials remain current across physician recruiting platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of physician recruitment experience.
  • Experience delivering a high-touch, service-oriented recruitment experience.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and candidate management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting through physician-specific platforms such as PracticeMatch, PracticeLink, CareerMD, or similar healthcare recruiting tools.
  • Experience supporting provider credentialing and employment processes.
