Our mission at Bethany Medical is to provide excellent care through a Multi-Specialty approach from prevention to intervention of potentially life- threatening health problems.

Job Details:
  • Deliver full-cycle recruitment, including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and employment offers.
  • Collect and process requisitions for new and vacant positions.
  • Conducts strategy meetings with hiring managers to identify expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates. Creates a communication plan that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent.
  • Meeting with supervisors and/or leadership teams to discuss open positions and recruitment efforts.
  • Travel, if needed, to industry events and schools to build talent pipelines including internships.
  • Assist all potential employees through the hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding experience
  • Reduce time to fill for open positions
  • Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
  • Monitor hiring process to find areas to improve on an on-going basis
  • Posts jobs through internal and external media, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify qualified passive and active candidates. Maintains

current knowledge of emerging technology to stay abreast of innovative sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic video conferencing media
  • Collects, processes, and maintains applicant data including, but not limited to, interviewer recommendations and assessment results.
  • Advises hiring managers and facilitates/participates in selection decision-making meetings.
  • Delivers and negotiates job offers or rejections to candidates.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Must have Provider and clinical recruiting experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure.
  • Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
  • Requires superb communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
