Job Title: Recruiter 

Location: North Scottsdale, AZ 

Compensation: Salary $45,000 - $50,000 --Depending on Experience--*not commission based*

Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401K with matching) 

Schedule: On-site Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays! 

Position Overview:

Envita Medical Center is seeking a mission-driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for a variety of departments, including Envita Medical Centers, Vertisis Custom Pharmacy, Envita Interventional Radiology, and our Corporate Headquarters.

This is not a metrics-driven or commission-based role—we prioritize quality over quantity, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the right people to support our commitment to delivering world-class integrative care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions across all departments and affiliated entities.

  • Post and manage open positions on external job boards and our applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now).

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and follow-ups.

  • Lead interviews and serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Extend job offers and clearly communicate compensation packages and benefits.

  • Prepare and manage onboarding documents, including background checks, I-9s, and internal system setup.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation, including paperwork, training schedules, software access, and office tours.

  • Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital personnel files.

  • Ensure new hires understand and adhere to company policies and handbook procedures.

  • Support various HR projects and assist with department initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Prior recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management abilities.

  • High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, communication platforms).

  • Ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to discretion and professionalism.
