Nurse Recruiter - Nashville, Hospital Experienced
This position will recruit qualified applicants for positions requiring a registered nurse license. The Nurse Recruiter will place advertisements, attend job fairs, head in-house recruitment efforts, conduct interviews and refers to the appropriate clinical service. This position will coordinate the recruitment activities of qualified nurse applicants and enhance the retention of nurses presently employed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee, preferred.
Two (2) to four (4) years experience in nurse recruitment within a hospital setting.
