Job description

The nurse recruiter is responsible for the outreach and sourcing of candidates to build an applicant pool for positions within the department of nursing. The Nurse Recruiter will screen and interview candidates, as well as facilitate the entire interview process which will assure that Highland has the most qualified nurses available to deliver skilled and compassionate care per Highland Hospital mission, vision and values The recruiter will assure regulatory compliance.
PAY RANGE:  $34.62 - $50.68/ hour
*The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
