Job description

Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an enthusiastic Strategic Recruiter to join our team! You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying skilled trades talent for high-profile, niche skilled trades strategic accounts. We’re looking for someone who is an incredibly strong sourcer, has MSP/VMS experience, one who can identify top talent quickly, and move potential candidates through the interview process with urgency. Someone who has excellent communication and organizational skills, can stay on top of important details in an extremely fast-paced role, and one who can adjust to new demands and direction throughout the work week.

  • Location: Remote
  • Salary Range: $50,000-65,000/yr (depending on experience)
  • Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission
  • Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
  • Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, and paid time off
