Job description

Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives on building networks, solving staffing challenges, and creating opportunities in the field? Do you enjoy connecting people, processes, and communities to deliver measurable results? ACS is looking for a proactive Regional Field Recruiter to expand our subcontractor network across the Northeast: one territory, one crew, and one relationship at a time.
Welcome to ACS: Commercial & Residential Flooring Specialists, where your expertise meets a vibrant community!

At ACS, we’re more than just a flooring installation company; we’re a thriving community driven by our values. Grounded in four foundational principles— Say Yes, Own It, Do What You Say, and We Care —we foster a culture of unity, togetherness, and unwavering commitment.
As the Regional Field Recruiter, you will be the boots-on-the-ground driver of crew sourcing and activation, actively sourcing, engaging, and activating subcontractor crews in your territory. From building referral networks and attending community events to managing recruitment workflows and getting crews up and running, your work will directly impact ACS’s growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
  • Source, recruit, and activate subcontractor flooring crews across your territory
  • Travel throughout the region to visit supply houses, distributors, and retail partners
  • Attend trade shows, job fairs, and community events to find and engage crews
  • Build referral networks within installer communities and recruit competitors’ crews
  • Screen vendors, conduct crew evaluations, and support getting crews up and running
  • Track recruitment activity and maintain pipeline health
What Success Looks Like
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly recruitment goals
  • High-quality vendor activation and getting crews up and running
  • Strong retention of recruited crews
  • Sustainable referral networks in key markets
Who We’re Looking For
  • Self-starter with a proactive, independent work style
  • Comfortable with extensive multi-state travel
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, trades, or sales preferred
  • Strong relationship-builder with persistence and resilience
  • Organized, metrics-driven, and results-oriented
  • Experience using a Vendor Management System (VMS) a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Salary: $60,000
Every crew you activate earns you a bonus — up to $1,500 per new corporation, paid out as they hit milestones. Hit your quarterly targets and unlock an additional $2,800–$3,200 in performance kicker earnings — up to $12,800 more annually. For the right person, the quarterly kicker alone can dramatically change what this job pays.
Total Earning Potential: $95,000–$100,000+
Benefits:
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • Vacation (Planned Time Off)
  • Sick/Personal (Unplanned Time Off)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Commuter Accounts
  • 401k with Employer match (up to 4% employer match!)
  • Voluntary Short Term Disability
  • Company Paid Life Insurance and ADD
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Mileage and travel reimbursement
