NOW HIRING: ENTRY-LEVEL NURSE RECRUITER – HOME HEALTH

Valley Village Home Care, Inc. is looking for a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Nurse Recruiter to join our growing team!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in healthcare recruiting. Previous recruiting experience is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Professional with strong communication skills
• Organized and able to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident making phone calls and speaking with potential candidates
• Dependable, motivated, and consistent with follow-up
• Willing to learn recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting LVNs and RNs for available home health cases
• Posting and managing job advertisements
• Contacting and screening potential candidates
• Scheduling interviews and following up with applicants
• Maintaining an active recruiting pipeline
• Assisting with new-hire onboarding and documentation
• Working closely with our office and clinical teams to fill open cases
