A Donor Recruiter is a professional responsible for identifying, contacting, and engaging potential donors to support organizations, typically in the nonprofit, healthcare, or blood services sectors. Their primary goal is to build and maintain relationships with individuals or organizations willing to contribute money, blood, organs, or other resources. Donor Recruiters use various outreach strategies, such as phone calls, emails, events, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain donors.
