Are you outgoing, competitive, and comfortable talking to people?

Gold Standard Promotions is hiring Charity Fundraisers to represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through live, face-to-face fundraising campaigns throughout the Las Vegas area.

This isn't a desk job or call center.

You'll work at established retail and event locations, speak directly with members of the public, educate them about the nonprofit organization you're representing, and help interested individuals become ongoing supporters.

No previous fundraising experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

As a Charity Fundraiser, you'll:

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at scheduled retail and event locations
• Approach and engage members of the public in face-to-face conversations
• Educate potential supporters about the nonprofit's mission, programs, and impact
• Answer questions and communicate campaign information accurately
• Enroll individuals who choose to become recurring donors
• Follow established campaign and donor enrollment procedures
• Track your individual fundraising results
• Participate in daily campaign training and coaching
• Work alongside your team to achieve individual and campaign goals
• Represent our nonprofit partners with professionalism and integrity

This is an active, public-facing position. You'll spend your workday on your feet, meeting new people and starting conversations.

Compensation

We believe strong performance should be rewarded.

This position includes:

• Daily base fee
• Uncapped commission based on completed donor acquisitions
• Performance bonuses
• Weekly pay
• Typical first-year earnings: $35,000–$55,000

Total compensation varies based on individual fundraising performance and completed donor acquisitions.

No Experience? We'll Train You.

Fundraising experience is helpful—but it isn't required.

Every new team member receives paid, hands-on training covering:

• Nonprofit campaign knowledge
• Face-to-face fundraising
• Public engagement
• Donor acquisition and enrollment
• Communication and presentation skills
• Objection handling
• Goal setting and performance tracking
• Professional development

You'll learn by working alongside experienced team members before being expected to perform independently.

• Full-time availability

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Previous sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, event, promotional, or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
