Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant, you will:

  • Assist with charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community programs.
  • Support event setup, registration, logistics, and onsite coordination.
  • Welcome and assist attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create positive event experiences.
  • Assist with volunteer coordination and event communications.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and support event reporting.
  • Work with event coordinators and team members to ensure successful events.
  • Professionally represent nonprofit partners during community outreach activities.
Qualifications
