Harvest Events is a community-focused outreach and event marketing firm based in Charlotte, NC. We partner with respected nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, long-term support, and charitable giving through live events and face-to-face engagement.


Our team works directly in the community, connecting individuals with meaningful causes and helping nonprofits expand their impact through personal, in-person conversations.

We are currently hiring Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinators to join our growing Charlotte team.


This is not a traditional desk job. Instead, you’ll represent nonprofit partners at local events, educate community members about their missions, and assist supporters who choose to get involved. Team members are compensated based on the level of support and donations they help generate.


What You’ll Do

  • Represent nonprofit partners at local community events and outreach campaigns
  • Engage with the public in a professional, friendly, and informative manner
  • Educate individuals on each organization’s mission, programs, and impact
  • Guide supporters through the donation and sign-up process
  • Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
  • Track engagement and donation activity during events
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and event coordination
  • Collaborate with a motivated, purpose-driven team
