Thryve Chicago is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Chicago team, delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate vital fundraising support for charity partners. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to break into sales and marketing, gain transferable skills in customer acquisition, and work on campaigns with real purpose — including causes focused on protecting the natural world and restoring sight and health to underserved communities globally. 
No previous marketing experience is required; Thryve Chicago provides complete training in sales technique, campaign strategy, and public engagement. You'll work directly within local communities, representing charity missions with honesty and enthusiasm, turning everyday conversations into long-term brand advocates and donors. With weekly pay, performance-based commission, and a clear path to leadership, this role suits ambitious, sociable people who want more than a job — they want a career built on connection, growth, and genuine impact.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns on behalf of charity partners at local events, shopping malls, plaza's, retail stores
  • Build brand awareness and public trust through authentic, personal conversations
  • Support fundraising initiatives by generating new donor and supporter sign-ups
  • Learn and apply core marketing and sales strategies across live campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider Thryve Chicago team to hit campaign targets
  • Represent campaign missions and values accurately and with integrity
