We are seeking a driven Recruiter with experience in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences recruiting to join our team. This is a 100% onsite position with a consultancy that partners with leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to deliver exceptional talent for high-impact teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across the life sciences industry.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate networks within IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences fields.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
