In this role, you will work with a team of industry experts to help the world's leading companies solve their most difficult problems. You will partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

What You'll Do

You'll work individually and in teams with a specific focus on Regulatory Compliance recruitment leadership, candidate sourcing across engineering/technical markets, and strategic workforce planning.. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

  • Manage a full desk as a full life-cycle recruiter across multiple engineering markets
  • Consult and support leadership in identifying prospective talent
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams in order to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Identify passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs, industry networking, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and referrals
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
  • Research and maintain knowledge of market trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Successfully execute multiple recruiting project responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Lead the reinvention of our Regulatory Compliance recruitment strategy with a focus on speed-to-market delivery, building sustainable candidate pipelines, and managing high-volume placement demands across multiple practice areas and geographic regions
  • Partner directly with Regulatory Compliance practice and business leaders to align recruitment initiatives with evolving compliance staffing needs, market conditions, and business growth objectives while providing strategic workforce planning insights
  • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening relationships with our clients and team

What You'll Bring

  • A minimum of five years of recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment
  • A minimum of three years of experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals for the life science industries
  • Extensive experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature
  • Experience with current sourcing techniques, and a successful record of placing high quality professionals
  • A record of accomplishment in identifying, building relationships with, and hiring passive candidates
  • Strategic recruiting abilities requiring an understanding of the candidate career cycle
  • Creative ability in developing methods to increase touch points with candidates throughout their careers
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various internet job boards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to travel periodically to support business needs
  • A bachelor's degree (preferred)
