Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist AI Engineer for a remote position based out of Dallas, TX. This contract role requires extensive experience in AI development and production code debugging, along with proficiency in high-level programming languages and modern software development practices.
Responsibilities:
• Assess the technical viability of emerging products and technologies.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure specialists to test and evaluate new technologies.
• Contribute to the development of business cases and secure approvals for capital expenditures.
• Monitor and analyze new technology product performance and address complex improvement or modification issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required; 7 years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in a high-level programming language with experience in AI agent and workflow development.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling across the full software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with database management, data embedding techniques, and model evaluation strategies.
Preferred:
• University degree preferred.
