Job description

Job Summary:
Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an IT Field Operations Specialist to support IT operations for outpatient radiology centers and call centers. The role involves providing user support, managing issues, and collaborating with specialized teams to analyze workflows and recommend improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
• Monitor and resolve service tickets and projects.
• Communicate with business leadership about ongoing projects.
• Assist with installation and troubleshooting of technology equipment.
• Maintain inventory and perform preventative maintenance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of PC, network operations, and connectivity.
• Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
• Flexibility to travel and valid driver's license required.
