As a solutions engineer, you usually work as part of a team to provide support for both the business and customers. Part of your job duties may involve developing training programs and providing advanced technical support. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Solutions Engineer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Solutions Engineer, you need a solid background in technical problem-solving, systems integration, and customer-facing experience, often supported by a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM software, cloud platforms, APIs, and sometimes certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect are commonly required.
