We would be excited to have you join us as a Solution Consultant. The goal of the Solution Consultant is to work with our clients on their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. The Solution Consultant works with a cross functional team of internal and Client members to successfully deliver CLM projects which involve all aspects of delivery including working with Clients to understand their current state, gather and document requirements to define future state, configure the CLM technology solution per specifications, train users and admins on usage and administration, and aid in the rollout of the solution to ensure adoption and the achievement of the Client’s desired outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Continually cultivate and develop expertise in the CLM domain including use cases, best practices, and the CLM technology solutions that power digital transformation
  • Perform exceptional and high-quality billable work throughout all phases of project delivery – requirements/discovery, solution design and architecture, product configuration, testing, training, project management
  • Leveraging expert knowledge of the technology solution and a consultative approach, guide and shape Clients down the most effective solution design for their specific needs
  • Execute tasks and deliverables which may span multiple, concurrent Client projects while staying on-time and on-budget per project plans and SOWs
  • Establish strong relationships with Client team members to inspire a receptive audience and set the foundation for an enjoyable project experience for all parties involved
  • Maintain clear and transparent lines of communications internally and externally regarding project performance, issues, risks, and other factors that would influence or impact the attainment of the goals set forth
  • Author high quality project documentation including requirements documents, training artifacts, test scripts, process flow diagrams, and presentations
  • Work in a manner that is consistent with Marshfield’s Information Security policy to ensure both Marshfield’s and Marshfield Customers’ information is managed, processed, and retained in a secure and private fashion

Basic Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree in a Business or Technical field
  • Minimum of 4 years working directly with business/customers in a projectized capacity to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements
  • Experience with business process design and optimization
  • Excellent communication skills – written/verbal
  • Inherently detail oriented and analytical in nature
  • Motivated, self-starter able to be effective without constant oversight

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of consulting experience (internally or externally facing) / part of a Product Professional Services Team with a demonstrated history of successful project delivery / part of a System Integrator Consulting company
  • Docusign Implementation Consultant/Architect Certification
  • Contract/Document Management domain experience and experience with specific CLM tools like DocuSign CLM/SpringCM, Conga, Icertis, Apptus, etc.
  • Experience implementing a workflow/BPM tool
  • Familiarity with technical concepts including XML, xPath, SQL, SOQL, ETL
  • Proficiency in Project Management rooted in waterfall or agile methodologies (bonus, applied to SaaS implementation projects)
  • Highly organized and able to balance delivery of time-sensitive work for multiple clients/stakeholders
  • Exemplifies grit and determination to achieve objectives with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure Client satisfaction
  • Empathetic and able to view problems from multiple perspectives to understand motivations, drivers, and key pivot points
  • Exhibits high integrity, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm
