Role Purpose:

 

The Solutions Consultant operates within Professional Services as a platform expert responsible for translating customer requirements into effective system configurations, implementation designs, and optimized platform solutions. Working closely with Program Management, Customer Success, and Product teams, this role combines technical configuration expertise with business analysis capability.

The Solutions Consultant actively participates in customer discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and implementation delivery, ensuring customer requirements are accurately understood and effectively translated into scalable platform solutions. This role serves as a critical bridge between customer business needs and platform capabilities, helping ensure successful implementations, efficient configuration, and long-term customer value realization.

Role Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Requirements Discovery & Solution Design

  • Participate in customer discovery workshops alongside Enablement and Program Management teams
  • Analyse customer business requirements and translate them into structured solution designs
  • Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, configuration options, and best practice approaches
  • Document solution designs, configuration approaches, and technical specifications


Platform Configuration & Implementation Support

  • Configure platform components aligned with approved solution designs
  • Support implementation teams with configuration expertise and technical validation
  • Ensure configurations align with scalability, maintainability, and best practice standards
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and solution quality assurance


Customer Engagement & Advisory

  • Participate directly in customer calls, workshops, and solution discussions
  • Explain platform capabilities clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide practical recommendations to optimize customer platform usage
  • Support customers in understanding solution trade-offs and design decisions



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Program Managers, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Provide technical input during project planning, scoping, and solution definition
  • Support internal teams with platform expertise and configuration insight


Continuous Improvement & Platform Expertise

  • Maintain deep expertise in platform functionality, integrations, and best practices
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and solution accelerators
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and configuration standards
  • Stay current on product updates, new capabilities, and industry best practices


What you offer

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience configuring SaaS platforms, supporting implementations, or similar technical delivery roles
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations or solution designs

  • Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and configuration practices
