MUSC Health Solutions is the ventures division of MUSC Health, composed of a small team dedicated to evaluation and development of projects, programs, products or services for the sake of radical transformation and innovation. We think like private equity such that total investment equals total return. Our goal is to execute rapid deployment of innovative healthcare delivery solutions and/or products to the commercial market.
MUSC Health Solutions manages a robust pipeline which all potential solutions enter into. All projects proposed to MUSC Health Solutions will go through a product lifecycle, first to undergo an analysis phase, in which the Solutions Analyst will participate. The Analyst leads early-stage pipeline processes and reporting. Finalized opportunities become components of the MUSC Health Solutions portfolio.
The Solutions Analyst will provide project coordination and management, business development and relationship management operations across the solutions portfolio. The Analyst develop comprehensive analysis and project plans and track tasks and action items. The role will engage and collaborate with teammates, leaders, and stakeholders, both external and internal, to ensure comprehensive due diligence is completed on all Solutions that come through the pipeline to maintain alignment with organizational strategies. The Analyst will also engage functional area leaders and members of the project teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
