Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Customer Solutions Analyst based in Londonderry, NH or Minneapolis, MN. Please note: We are not offer relocation assistance for this role.


The Analyst, Customer Solutions will be responsible for delivering customer insights and actionable supply chain solutions through strong partnerships with strategic customers, sales teams, and internal supply chain stakeholders. This role will leverage analytical tools, data, and cross-functional collaboration to identify operational gaps and design sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, reduce supply chain costs, and support profitable growth. The Customer Solutions Analyst will reports to the Manager, Customer Solutions

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Utilize analytical tools, systems, data, and reports to identify and lead service improvements, supply chain initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities with strategic customers.
  • Develop collaborative supply chain partnerships with customers to maximize growth opportunities and create competitive advantage.
  • Lead the development of value-added supply chain services that improve order profiles, distribution efficiency, forecast accuracy, and order fill rates.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to align and improve key performance metrics across demand planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales.
  • Develop and lead analytical reporting initiatives that identify, quantify, and track internal and external improvement opportunities.
  • Identify scalable customer solutions and partner with Sales, Distribution, Transportation, Finance, and Supply Chain Planning to implement multi-customer initiatives.

Education

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (5 years) required. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in analytical, operational, or customer-facing business roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications and specific knowledge

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access database systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, changing work environment
