Ready to make your mark? Join us and be part of something bigger.
Workday EDM Solution Consultant - Manager
As a Solution Consultant for Kainos Employee Document Management (EDM), you will play a critical role in driving new business with Workday customers by partnering with Account Executives to articulate the value of EDM.
Kainos EDM is purpose-built to extend Workday, enabling customers to securely manage employee documents, orchestrate compliant e-signature workflows, and maintain a complete, auditable record of HR documentation within their Workday environment.
This is a purely presales, revenue-aligned role-focused on discovery, solution alignment, and demonstrating business value. You will guide Workday customers through the evaluation process and position EDM as a seamless extension of their Workday ecosystem, rather than a disconnected document solution.
What You'll Be Doing
Presales Engagement & Opportunity Support
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities within existing and prospective Workday customer accounts
  • Lead discovery conversations focused on document management, compliance, employee lifecycle processes, and audit readiness
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, shaping requirements and positioning EDM in a Workday-centric context

Solution Demonstration & Storytelling
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations showing how EDM extends Workday for document management, e-signature, and compliance workflows
  • Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes for HR, HR Operations, Legal, and IT stakeholders
  • Position EDM as a native solution for Workday, eliminating reliance on disconnected document repositories

Value Engineering & Business Alignment
  • Support ROI and business case development tied to efficiency gains, compliance improvements, and risk reduction
  • Align EDM to enterprise priorities such as data security, auditability, and employee lifecycle automation
  • Quantify the value of consolidating document processes directly within Workday

Product & Domain Expertise
  • Build deep expertise in Kainos EDM and its integration with Workday
  • Confidently speak to Workday business processes (hire-to-retire), document generation, and compliance requirements
  • Address functional and technical questions within a Workday ecosystem
  • Provide product feedback based on real-world Workday customer needs

Sales & Go-to-Market Contribution
  • Support RFPs, proposals, and workshops with strong Workday-aligned messaging
  • Help refine positioning around EDM as the best practice approach for document management in Workday
  • Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a strong presales focus

Putting People First
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the Solutions Consulting team
  • Support enablement on Workday-centric messaging and demo excellence
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of presales, solution consulting, or sales engineering experience supporting SaaS sales cycles
  • Workday experience strongly preferred; alternatively, HCM, HRIS, or enterprise platforms
  • Ability to lead discovery, deliver compelling demonstrations, and influence deals end-to-end
  • Understanding of document management, e-signature, compliance, or HR processes within enterprise systems
  • Experience engaging both business stakeholders (HR, HR Ops, Legal) and technical audiences
  • Strong ability to translate customer challenges into clear, differentiated business value
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills

Why Join Kainos
  • Work on Kainos EDM, a solution purpose-built to extend and enhance Workday
  • Help Workday customers modernize document management, improve compliance, and streamline employee processes
  • Play a direct role in revenue growth within a high-impact presales team
  • Collaborate with experts across Workday, product, and sales
  • Grow your career in a people-first, high-performance environment
