Solutions Engineer


Highly motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior Solution Engineer to join our Technology team supporting a Master Data Management (MDM) application. Analyze new source data and new party roles. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, test and refine rules for validation, cleansing, standardization and matching.


Principal Responsibilities:

Analyze source system data to define and refine data quality rules to master data

Design and configure Informatica MDM data integrations

Own and manage issue / conflict resolution demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills

Enhance logical and physical data model based on new requirements from new data sources and data types

Provide leadership and mentorship for less experienced team members

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

4+ years MDM implementation

4+ years Informatica Power Center

4+ years Oracle SQL/PLSQL

2+ years java

Subject matter knowledge in the Financial Industry in areas such as Dealer (dealer, branch, advisor, RIA etc...)

Bachelor Degree with work experience


Other Requirements:

Informatica MDM (Siperian)

data quality tools

Address Doctor where data cleansing and standardization scenarios using mappings and industry standard practices were leveraged 

Designed and built java business services to integrate with the Informatica MDM using Services Integration Framework (SIF)

Experience as a team member in an Agile SCRUM environment
