Location: Charlotte, NC

ONSITE ROLE
M-F, 8-5
Roles / Responsibilities
  • Data management and Account Receivable Support.
  • Job management
  • Warranty Support (Registration & Cost Recovery/Claiming)
  • Procurement Support:
    • Parts orders
    • Purchase Orders creation

  • Executing Credit memo, Invoice Cancellation and/or Cost Transfers


Experience / Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC or a service organization.
  • Knowledge/understanding of SalesForce.com (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge/understanding of SAP S4-Hana (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and customers at all organizational levels.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully.
  • Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instructions

Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma (required)
  • BA degree with years 3+ years of prior shared service administrative support experience
  • Bachelor's degree with years 1+ years relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
