DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
UNDER LIMITED SUPERVISION, ASSIST THE SCJD CMS APPLICATION TEAM WITH DEVELOPMENT, DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT OF SOFTWARE TO SUPPORT ELECTRONIC CITATION AND DISPOSITION REPORTING (E-TICKETING).
DEVELOP DATA INTERFACES WITH SCDMV TO IMPORT CITATION DATA INTO CMS.
UPDATE EXISTING DISPOSITION REPORTING INTERFACE SERVICE AS NEEDED.
DEVELOP A WEB PORTAL THAT ALLOWS COURTS TO RETRIEVE CITATION DATA FROM SCDMV AND REPORT DISPOSITIONS TO SCDMV.
PROVIDE SUPPORT AND PROBLEM SOLVING ASSISTANCE ON QUESTIONS AND ISSUES ARISING FROM THE E-TICKETING.
DEPLOY AND PROVIDE INSTALLATION SUPPORT TO COUNTIES.
PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER AND DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO THE DESIGN, DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT OF INTERFACE SOFTWARE
WORK WITH COUNTY PERSONNEL IN ORDER TO SUPPORT E-TICKETING APPLICATIONS
