The Document Management Seasonal Associate position in the Imaging Center within Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) will be responsible for the intake and imaging process of paper documents. Providing batching, scanning, and indexing of documents into an electronic document management system (OnBase) in support of campus partners both within SEM and the university. Managing and processing electronic records through a case system (Salesforce), maintaining Student Information Systems (SIS) checklists as applicable. Downloading documents from third party vendors and importing those documents into OnBase. Utilizing independent judgment to resolve imaging issues promptly and escalating items as needed to the Imaging Center Seasonal Supervisor. Responsible for meeting productivity metrics as set by the Imaging Center Manager; supporting compliance to University Records Management policies and procedures across SEM, ensuring paper records are retained appropriately; working individually and within a team environment to meet deadlines; shifting priorities as needed to meet service level agreements. Supporting the intake of mail, on a rotating basis, at the Student Academic Services building, sorting and distributing mail to SEM partners. Performs other duties as assigned.
This position is a seasonal position that begins in October and ends on or before March 31, 2027 working fully remote (from home) after in-office training. Training will be administered in-person for all job duty requirements. Multiple positions are available.
Qualifications
Required:
High School diploma or GED. 1 year of relevant experience required. Must have prior experience scanning documents, working with a content or case management system.
Desired:
Two to four (2-4) years of relevant experience scanning documents and/or working with a content or case management system.
Additional Information:
The pay range for this job profile is $16.65 - $21.77 /hour. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
